If you report an technical problem your support-request must include some info of your phone:

  • Name of App
  • Model number
  • Firmware version
  • Build number

Can be find under: Menu -> Settings -> About phone

You could quicken the error diagnostic!

  • install the Log Collector: free Log Collector on Market
  • reproduce the crash/force close on my app
  • start the Log Collector
  • send me the output
